Roadmap

MYConnect is planned as a phased road freight operating platform. The roadmap starts with the core operating workflow, then expands into safety, cold chain, analytics, integrations, partner services, and controlled marketplace capabilities.

Roadmap Shape

Phase Product direction
01 Market discovery, admin foundation, auth, company and resource management.
02 Device and telemetry foundation.
03 Fleet tracking, live map, replay, geofences, utilization, and alerts.
04 Transport operations: jobs, dispatch, exceptions, POD handoff, and billing export.
05 Driver workflow and POD execution.
06 Customer portal, visibility rules, customer downloads, and customer portal administration.
07 Safety management and driver behavior workflows.
08 Cold-chain monitoring and customer-ready reports.
09 Cost and profit analytics.
10 Customer portal integrations and external APIs.
11 Pilot rollout and support readiness.
12 Scale transaction services and partner workflows.

Current Priority

The active direction is screen-first completion across Phase 00-06 user-facing surfaces. Each included screen should open reliably, use real route/API/data paths, persist after reload, enforce server-side permissions and tenant isolation, and handle loading, empty, error, and denied states.

Future Modules

Safety

Overspeed, harsh driving, incident review, dashcam evidence, scorecards, coaching notes, and evidence access controls.

Cold Chain

Temperature and humidity telemetry, threshold rules, breach alerts, corrective actions, and customer-ready reports.

Finance Analytics

Trip revenue, cost imports, tolls, driver allowance, subcontractor cost, gross margin, customer profitability, route profitability, and finance exports.

Integrations

CSV/XLSX import/export, selected customer APIs, webhooks, integration logs, retries, and data-quality workflow.

Partner Services

Fuel, energy, insurance, equipment, referral, offer, reconciliation, settlement, and dispute workflows.

Controlled Marketplace

Freight opportunity intake, carrier eligibility, dispatcher-approved matching, offers, disputes, settlements, and network analytics after enough operating density exists.
